Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
On arrival at Kathmandu and at Nepal international airport, received by our Boundless staff and representative or guide, for short transfer to your hotel in the hub of Kathmandu city around Thamel.
Thamel the an interesting and exciting area of the city, after checking into your rooms, then join at the lobby for group briefing provides you with trekking and other necessary information.
Include group welcome dinner in a nice Nepalese authentic restaurant with local culture of folk musical program to entertain along with dinner.

Day 02: Morning tour around Kathmandu at places of interest.
Morning at the hotel having breakfast then leave for interesting sightseeing tour around Kathmandu famous world heritage sites, with time in afternoon preparation for trek.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Soti-Khola 740 m-6 hrs ride.
Morning overland to reach around Gorkha district located Nepal Mid West, where drive takes you on winding ups and down as drive lead past rural town and farm villages as drive diverts from main highway of Kathmandu and Pokhara.
As journey heads further North to reach a warm river valley of Arughat town and then drive follows further upstream of Bhuri-Gandaki Rivet to reach at small farm village in Soti-Khola for overnight stop.

Day 04: Trek to Machha Khola 925 m - 06 hrs.
Start first day walks to steep valley, within forest walk past villages to reach a wide valley opposite of a large tributary stream that runs into Burigandaki River.
Nice views of cultivated terrace of Lapbesi upper village as our walk descends to a wide, sandy riverbed following a trail that meanders below a steep, craggy valley side.
As walk progress leading to a climb towards Machha Khola for overnight stop, a village with many teashops and small lodge, Maccha Khola means a Fish Stream.

Day 05: Trek to Dobhan 1,070 m via Tatopani (Hot Spring) - 06 hrs.
From here onward into interesting farm villages and cultivated fields as vegetation changes slowly as altitude gains, where morning walk takes you over a stream where Machha Khola (Fish stream) name comes from, route lead upstream to Khola-Bensi village and at Tatopani a place with natural 'hot spring'.
Walk continues as valley turns into narrow and steep, and then trail reach to cross suspension bridge, after a short period of walk entering patch of forest and then reaching at Doban located on the high shelf of Burigandaki River.

Day 06: Trek to Jagat 1,345 m - 05 hrs.
Morning walk towards broad gravel field and at Lauri stream crossing over suspension bridge that climb to high ridge then descend into a valley of Yara Khola, journey continues for another hour to reach at Jagat.
Jagat a nice looking farm village of moderate size after Arughat; people here with mix race Magar, Chettries, Brahman, Manaslu Bhotia (Tibetan looking tribes) and some Newar people a lodge owner and shopkeepers.

Day 07: Trek to Dyang 2,130 m via Philim 1,570 m - 06 hrs.
From Jagat descend to river side, and then climb on terraced hillsides of Saguleri, with view of Sringi Himal 7,187m, as walk continue with ups and down trail then reach a bridge over Buri-Gandaki.
After crossing trail winds up to reach at Philim village for short break and observe this nice farm village with rich cultivated fields and terraces.
After a refreshing stop walk lead higher past scattered farm villages with climb through terraces of golden fields of wheat’s and barley, to reach a rocky ridge top covered within bamboo forest area towards Eklai Bhatti means a lonely Inn.
After a rest walk to high Manaslu area, route diverts North West to reach our overnight stop at Dyang a small nice village of more Tibetan culture.

Day 08: Trek to Bihe Phedi 1,990 m -06 hrs.
Morning walk into sheer cliff walls, after dramatic section trek continues to reach around farm village, where houses and terrains change into strong Tibetan culture and of Buddhism religion, after few hours walk leads to Bihe, a small village for overnight stop, here people are more of Tibetan origin with ancient Buddhist culture.
Villagers raise buck wheat, wheat, barley and potatoes as staple crops, since trekking gain popular around the area, spinach, carrots and cabbages are also grown.

Day 09: Trek to Namrung 2,630 m / 8,629 ft - 05 hrs.
From here into more cooler air, morning walk continues for another two hours to a steep sided and scenic valley, encountering Mani prayer stone walls as walk leads at Ghap a nice village with stop for possible lunch break.
After Ghap altitude gains as route heads into alpine woodland where path meander to steep climb as valley open up with extensive pastures and then crossing a large stream flowing from the glacier of Lidana.
On walks view of Manaslu local name as Kutang Himal with Pang Phuchin 6,335m, Saula Himal 6,235m with many unnamed peaks of above 6,000m.
Walk from here takes you uphill altitude gains as walk takes you past farm village to reach at Namrung for overnight stop, the village also called Sho Namru.

Day 10: Trek to Lo-Gaon 3,180 m - 05 hrs.
With overnight at Namrung, walk into spread out farm fields, Yak herder huts and shelter, Manaslu valley villagers farms during summer, from here walk leads to high and scenic valley all the way to Lo Gaon a nice village for overnight stop.
One of attractive villages around Manaslu region, at Lo enjoy close views of towering Manaslu North Face, around Lo, visit its monastery with numerous chhorten and Mani walls with views of Ganesh Himal towards east.

Day 11: Trek to Sama-Gaon 3,530 m -05 hrs.
From Lo-Gaon walk much easier walks of slow and gradual climb with constant views of mountain with Peak 29 ahead, after few hour climb reaching a patch of forest at Shala village with excellent view of Phungi, Manaslu and Himal Chuli.
Walking for few hours further where day ends at Sama-Gaon village, with views of Mt. Manaslu.
Sama-Gaon village one of the largest around Manaslu Valley, where natives are mostly farmers cultivating buck wheat, barley which are the main crops in this high and harsh terrain, potatoes and some high and cold vegetables are also grown. Villagers around high Manaslu valley descended from South West Tibet way back more than 400 years of history where custom and culture of ancient Buddhist heritage similar to its origin Tibetan predecessor.
The local villagers are still active with trade and bartering across the border with Tibet taking few days to reach the frontier of Nepal and Tibet, actually located on old Trans Himalayan Salt Trade route of the two countries.

Day 12: At Sama-Gaon rest day for acclimatization and local excursion.
Today a free day for acclimatization before climb to high Larke-La pas, here explore around Sama-Gaon houses adorned Tibet heritage facing views of peaks and visit the old Monastery.

Day 13: Trek to Samdo 3,690 m - 05 hrs.
After time and rest in Sama-Gaon, walk lead to reach the last village of Gorkha and Manaslu region at Samdo, morning walk with slow climb as elevation gains to dry country, taking slowly with short break to enjoy surrounding beautiful views.
Walk continues to reach Samdo village with short climb to the last village of the region, a moderate size village with more than fifty houses where nearly two hundred villagers lives around this high harsh and dry country.

Day 14: Trek to Larke Phedi / Dharama-Sala 4,470 m - 04 hrs.
On leaving Samdo village, walk continues to the end of Manaslu area with grand views of snow
peaks includes Mt. Manaslu, walk to cross icy streams to reach Larke Phedi means bottom of a
pass, also called Dharma-Sala (travelers rest house / shade).
At Larke Phedi afternoon free for short walks and preparations for next early morning long
climb to cross over high Larke-La pass towards Manang area.

Day 15: Cross Larke La 5,160 m and descend to Bhimthang 3,790 m -07 hrs.
After rest and overnight at Larke Phedi, early start up-hill past few huts of Dharmasala, walking
over moraine of rocks and boulders and past ablation of north Larke glacier, facing views of Cho
Danda with Larke Peak, as walk continues with gradual climb to reach on top Larke-la festooned
with thousands of colorful Buddhist prayer flags.
From the top excellent panorama of Himlung, Cheo Himal, Kang Guru and Annapurna II includes
series of Manaslu peaks, and then long descend to a valley called Larcia, and walk further for
another hour on moraine ridge to Tambuche at 3,900m, at the bottom of a pass, from here
short walk to Bhimthang for overnight stop after a long, hard climb.
Bhimthang a beautiful spot located on a wide green valley with number of lodges adorned with prayer Mani walls, the area surrounded by green tall trees of rhododendron-pines and oaks.

Day 16: Trek to Gho 2,760 m - 06 hrs.
From Bhimthang rest of the journey on downhill with few short climbe to Gho and Dharapani
villages, morning with views of peaks as walk lead on gradual path into dense woodland.
Finally day completes reaching a small clearing in the midst of woodland at Gho for overnight
stop, a small cattle and yak herders summer pasture a temporary settlement with few small
lodge for overnight stop.

Day 17: Trek to Dharapani 1,725 m -05 hrs.
Today, last day walk of the adventure morning leads to pleasant path with downhill into cool
shade of forest to reach at Telje a nice village, situated close to Marysangdi River, from here
short and last climb to reach nice Dharapani.
A large spread-out village located on the junction of popular Annapurna Circuit trail and
Manaslu route, Dharapani placed in a river gorge within lovely tree lines where motorable has
been built since last few years, this village offers excellent lodges for travelers.

Day 18: Drive back to Kathmandu - 06 hrs.
Morning overland journey to Kathmandu on leaving Dharapani village drive on winding downhill to reach Jagat and at Syange then at large town of Besisar, where drive get better on nice road on interesting highway to reach back at Kathmandu.
On reaching Kathmandu late afternoon or evening time check into your respective hotels, with rest of the evening free to enjoy your own personal activities and shopping.

Day 19: International Departure homeward bound.
Enjoying marvelous time around high hills of Mid-West Himalaya within Gorkha and Manang district, and last day in Nepal after a great experience on Manaslu Circuit trek, as time for your international flight depart from the hotel, where Boundless Adventure staff transfer you to the airport for your flight homeward bound or to respective countries.
